Complicated thing that humans call relationship

People relationships are still a big mystery for me.

How can you love someone while still remembering all the bad memories of them? 

How can you resent someone but cry each time you are reminded by the kindness you once felt?

How can you laugh with someone after they just broke your heart again yesterday?

How can you shout at someone when the last thing you wanted is to upset them?

How can you stay beside someone when all you ever wanted is to leave?

How can you give someone roses but forget to cut the thorns?

So I pray,

May the space that exists between our mind and heart find its own way to peace.
